In the mid '90s, the world adopted a horizontal frequency range standard from 31.5 kilohertz to above 100 kilohertz for all monitors and systems. This change left equipment that was designed throughout the late '80s and early '90s with unsupported displays. Teleline monitors cover this entire horizontal frequency range.
